Vancouver Cosmetic Tattoo Policies

Deposits:

  • A Non-Refundable booking fee of $100 is required to hold your booking at Vancouver Cosmetic Tattoo.
  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and go towards the total cost of service. The deposit can be paid through the online booking portal or by e-transfer to vancouvercosmetictattoo@gmail .com

Remaining Balance:

  • The remaining balance is paid on the day of the procedure. Payments can be made by either: Debit, Cash, E-transfer, or Credit cards.

Cancelations and Rescheduling:

  • Must be completed within 48 hours of booking the appointment.
  • If an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of booking time, Vancouver Cosmetic Tattoo will retain the booking fee.
  • Clients who would like to reschedule within 48 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit to another appointment time within one month of the original appointment without penalty. This is allowed one time only.
  • If one-time grace for rescheduling within 48 hours notice has been previously used, then an additional $100 rescheduling fee will be required to rebook
  • If rescheduling with less than the 48-hour notice, your service will be charged in full, and an additional $100 rescheduling fee will be required to reschedule.
  • Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to two times.
  • After two rescheduling requests, any further changes will be considered a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

We appreciate your understanding as this helps us manage our schedule and provide the best service to all clients.

Lateness:

  • Appointment times are reserved for our clients and require a specific amount of time. If clients arrive more than 15 minutes late, service time will be canceled and subject to a $100 rescheduling fee.

Healed results will vary with each individual client. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made, and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply. All services are Non-Refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email us a clear photo PRIOR to booking your appointment. We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we must approve that your eyebrows are workable. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will usually require additional touch-ups for best results and will be charged accordingly.

Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. Please refer to our FAQ section to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you.

A consultation fee of $95 will be charged at consultation appointment. If an appointment is booked within 30 days of consultation this amount will be deducted from the cost of service.

All initial Permanent Make up and Paramedical procedures will require follow-up appointments. All Follow-Up appointments will be charged accordingly depending on how much work and time is necessary.

You will receive your Follow-Up appointment 6-8 weeks after the previous appointment.

Β It is important to give your skin enough time to fully heal and regenerate before tattooing it again. This touch-up appointment is necessary.
